Because of my poor hearing, often poor cell-phone connections, and my defective memory, I much prefer to communicate with most folks by eMail when we cannot be present in person.
This is true even when arranging for a time to meet personally.
If you've requested a reply by telephone, please excuse me. If this is an emergency, involves a privacy issue of some sort, requires use of a business computer or such, or concerns a matter that cannot be negotiated via eMail, let me know and then I'll do my best over the phone at a mutually convenient time.
